Place a lava source block in the ceiling (could only get it to work on the ceiling), use an empty bucket on the source block and you get infinite lava buckets.

I came here to report this bug as well. After further testing, I've discovered that it only works if you surround the source Lava block with Solid Blocks. If I put slabs around the source block or the source block just below a step, the bug does not occur.
Perhaps related, my "Super Fuel" achievement is not registering at all, despite having used non-bugged Lava as a fuel many times. Other achievements register as expected. I hope that resolving this bug also resolves the achievement issue.
Only in my Windows 10 PC Version. Not happening in Java Version.
Probably related to the fix for VSO 105934.
In Survival mode, using an empty bucket on the bottom of a 1 x 1 lava source surrounded on its sides and top by solid blocks, the empty bucket is replaced by a lava bucket but the lava source block is not removed.
Steps to reproduce:
Place solid blocks to create a 1 x 1 space open only on the bottom.
Place a lava source block in the 1 x 1 space.
In Survival mode, Use an empty bucket on the lava source block.
Expected result: The lava source block is removed.
Actual result: The lava source block remains.
@@unknown: I doubt that your achievement problem is related to this. It appears to have already been reported as MCPE-30746, though.
It´s importan that you place the lava in a one block gap in the ceiling otherwise it´s not reproducable.
Testet in survival and creative.
If the player inventory is full in creative mode, you will get 2 lava buckets.
