MCPE 1.4 - Can't Swim at All!

Hi,

So, it doesn't matter if I'm in Creative Mode or Survival Mode, cheats on or off. I can't seem to activate the swimming mode. The controls for flying appear instead. In Creative mode, at least I can fly out of a body of water? Is this how it's supposed to be? I'm not sure.

You need to double tap the forward button to sprint underwater to activate the swimming mode
