Touch controls are very sensitive. When moving the POV around to look around the item in my hand activates and gets stuck on. It causes me to place blocks, break items, etc. It’s real bad when my efficiency 5 pick is in my hand.

I am the original reporter for MCPE-30151, I have added all the information I could to my ticket, there are already 6 votes on my ticket and you can vote to my ticket to increase it's priority

I did search for my issue. Yours is different. I dont have any trouble with moving or continuing to move. Mine affects the action hand. They could be related, but they're not the same.

I voted for yours though, never hurts.

@Michael Gill The cause of the hand action issue is the same cause for MCPE-30151

I seem to have the most trouble when I'm in water. Like when working in the water streams of my iron farm floors.

It seems similar to the old bug where you would throw your items on the floor when trying to switch to a different item in your hand. When I get stuck in block placement mode, all I have to do is stop and tap the screen. It's like it's still reading that I'm long pressing the screen.
This is easily one of the worst bugs I've ever seen in all my days of playing Minecraft. This bug alone is instant proof that Mojang didn’t release 1.4. They released a beta that should have stayed in beta for 1-3 more months. This is a game ruining bug. Thankfully ive been exploring most the time so it hasn't effected me in a way that will get me angry. It’s just more-so annoying since I’m constantly punching or smashing blocks.
I’m on iPad Pro on iOS 11.4 Beta 5, update 1.4. Not that that actually matters though.
If anyone from Mojang reads this, (ive been saying it on Reddit all day too.) Please take your time with updates. I don’t care if it takes 2 years per-update. I play Geometry Dash, each update is 2.5 years apart, I have the patience. If I have to wait another 6 months for an update just to get something fully functional, I will. I would rather get 100% reliability and amazing bug-less performance then have to go through 5 months of torture waiting for each bug patch to slowly fix the mess that was the initial release. I respect you Mojang but please, a video game of this size can’t be messed around with. Take your time and perfect everything you can before releasing it, even if it takes much longer then you would want. Unlike most games, Minecraft wont die if an update takes 2 months longer then expected. Trust me. It would be better for everyone.
