When I load the game up, the title comes up, then it starts to freeze then crashes, also when I try to navigate the menus, it also freezes then crashes.

Similar issue: MCPE-33223
this issue is not the same as MCPE-33223 as this crashes the title screen even without a world installed, probably something to do with resource packs being installed.
