[MCPE-3393] not leting me eat in survival

i was playing on survival and i got attacked by spiders and had one heart left and tried to eat an apple but wouldnt let me.

its doing it to me but i still do it as if i was eating n it still regenerates my health

I think it might be the same issue as MCPE-2461. I can always eat when I test, but there's no feedback for a couple of seconds until you get the health.
