[MCPE-33955] The texture of the iron helmet in the Citytexture pack is poorly designed

In the City resource pack, when the player places the iron and golden helmets, the texture covers the players and mobs's face.

I have the city texture pack and I don't see any issues with the iron helmet. Is there a graphical glitch? If so please provide a photo of the iron helmet with the city texture pack on.

Is that not intended? Is the helmet supposed to be transparent?
