Even though I chose iPad 4, I am using an iPad 6th gen. If I teleport myself about 3000000 in any direction, it will be the stiplands or the dot lands. Also, the farther away from spawn, the more laggy your movement becomes.

The Far Lands is not a game feature, it is a side effect of the limits of floating point hardware, which can vary between devices. The developers have stated that world generation is unreliable and unpredictable at distances of millions of blocks from the world spawn point. This cannot be fixed because it would require different hardware. The malfunctioning world generation is also the reason for the lag.
