Entities (mobs, villagers, animals) seem to disappear when nearby, as if when i come near them something messes up and they become completely invisible.

This is happening to me while mining resources as well, you mine a block and the resource disappears, you back up to the edge of where you can see the resource floating at its farthest point and it reappears, but move closer and it disappears again.
