Cannot turn off/decrease particles in pocked edition settings

If there is many particles some devices may drop framerate and the player may want to decrace or turn off (minimal) the particles. Well phone users don't have this setting, but the windows 10 users do. I don't know why even the windows 10 users do have this settign when It's the most needed in weaker devices. When I was fighting the ender dragon it shot 5 fireballs and got my fps to 4. Can this be fixed?

There is no option to adjust the particles in PE. Some features in java or console are not in PE.

Please consider re-opening this. Beacon particle effects are incredibly annoying, especially when they are on 100% of the time around one's base. And they causes considerable lag if you happen to have a redstone contraption running. It has nothing to do with dragons or dragon's breath.
