SEED = boomsync (2007427078)
When enchanting books/tools/weapons e.g enchanting a book and click on sharpness but get sharpness and protection - this makes the book useless as I wont let you use the book in an anvill
in the screenshot I enchanted a book by clicking on smite but the book I got had smite1 AND blast protection which makes no sense 😉😛😞 hope this is helpful enough

First of all, the seed is useless in reproducing the issue. The seed has nothing to do with enchantment rolls.
Secondly, THIS IS NOT A BUG. This is how the game works. You can get any combination of enchants on enchanted books. When using an anvil, you will only get the compatible enchants on your item.
