[MCPE-34351] Minecraft on mobile devices has no touch controls

Minecraft On my kindle (7th gen) Doesn't have touch controls it has nintendo switch buttons instead there is no controller plugged into the device and there are no bluetooth controllers around it has been happing for a while now and i dont know what is going on

Do you have any add-ons applied at all? If so, try removing them, or you might want to try backing up your saves and reinstalling the game.

I have had no addons applied. I have tried uninstalling the game and it didn't work.

Check in your game settings if the 'touch only affects hotbar' option is turned on. If it is on just turn it off.
