[MCPE-34535] If some mob attacks you once and attacks you quickly again, you receive no damage from the second attack

I tested this with phantoms. I spawned 2 of them together and the first one hurt me, but soon after the second did not give me any damage

This also happens while you are regenerating your life or taking damage for something like potions effects
