Travel in a minecart is extremely slow. Much slower than the previous game version.

Minecart speeds are only increased on the console editions. The same behavior is not present in Minecraft Java edition or Minecraft bedrock codebase.
Please keep in mind that not all differences between versions/platforms of Minecraft are bugs.
