Playing a survival world. Found the stronghold. Put the ender eyes properly into the frames and portal does not activate. Spent time finding a 2nd stronghold and exact same issue. I loaded the seed in creative and went to those strongholds and placed the eyes and it worked. Just won't work in survival. Also, have experimental gameplay turned on. Not able to turn it off at this point.
Coordinates to stronghold are X, 2338, Z, -3038
World seed is 978540502
Please help, we spent so much time on this world. This is a very bad bug!
