My 5 year old boy made this contraption in Minecraft and it caused a crash bug. It looks like there may be a contention issue with too many villagers accessing too few of doors. When a door is removed, minecraft crashes.
In creative mode, when you destroy one of these doors, minecraft crashed. After I killed all of the villagers with a /kill command I was able to remove the doors.

Confirmed
Verification build 1.6.0.1 (Win 10)
Creative - Flat world
Reproduction steps:
Place 8 doors (I used spruce)
Validate the doors by placing blocks behind them or on top
Spawn a large amount of villagers ~ 64 - 128
Make sure it is night time, so the villagers will try to enter the doors
Start breaking the doors
Result:
All villagers freeze for a couple of seconds and the game will crash. The amount of doors when the game crashes can be random. Sometimes it crashes at the first broken door sometimes when only the last door remains.

Additional info:
Possibly there is a hardware dependency for the amount of villagers and when the crash occurs. In that case spawn in more villagers and repeat the steps. When opening the test world give the game some time to build the village data.
