Expected behaviour:
Savanna M and Savanna Plateau M should have darkish yellow brown grass. Birch Forest M and Hills M should have the birch forest grass color. Roofed Forest and Roofed Forest M have very very dark green grass color. Mesa Plateau biomes have mesa biome color for the grass foliage.
Actual behaviour:
All 6 biomes have the default grass color which is not right and doesn't match the regular biome. Mesa Plateau is generating desert grass foliage color instead of the mesa color.

Steps to reproduce:
Just create a new world and check the M biomes I said, you'll see the grass color is different in the M biome form the regular one.
Seed 306959825, coordinates in the picture, biome map included. I haven't checked all M biomes.

The issue for Savanna M and Savanna Plateau M are the game consider these biomes as lush biome, which cause leaves and grass foliage have green lush color.
This can be tested with rain that occur in these savanna biome.
Note: rain can occur in lush biome, but not in dry biomes
I Actually Love The Savana Bug It makes the biome beautiful and I think they need to add this as a feature and maybe throw some vines, bushes, and melons in the biome

It seems the grass color is still incorrect for the Savanna M biome but the Birch Forest M biome is now fixed in 1.9.0. Here are two seeds and coordinates to quickly test out and see the biome colors.
Savanna M seed: -1256042516

Coordinates: -30 77 250
Here is the picture to prove that this bug still exist for the Savanna M biome. The grass color is far too green when compared to the normal Savanna next to it:
