[MCPE-10230] Roofed Forest's biome grass is too lightly colored.

Summary:
The grass in the roofed forest biome is too light, when compared to how it should be (in the Java edition)

Steps to Reproduce:

Observed Results:
The grass is much lighter in the Bedrock edition.

Expected Results:
It should be darker, as it is in the Java edition.
