[MCPE-35042] Almost everything is missing in half.

So like all of the tools block almost everything is like almost completely missing you like see half or more than half or less than half like I see less of my character. I am using a Phone - Android - Samsung - J3 Emerge

Can confirm this too. It happened on my 2 year old Galaxy A5 but not on my Galaxy Note 8
