guardian can spawn in ocean open to the sky

according to wiki data,when we bulid a guardian farm,it need a closed space ,this is what my friend told me,he play the java edition,it's very obvious in java edition

That's the problem. Most players just base these on java features. Some behaviors in bedrock are just simply made different from java. Most of the content on the wiki applies to java which players may think also applies to bedrock when in fact they are just different. Also has your 'friend' played the bedrock edition?

if hava no extra detail,i think it's a bug,or i hope programmer uptate wiki data,view wiki you can find "version exclusive" and some additional explanation,something different from java edition,such as wither
