Just had a skeleton horse die in front of me for no reason (reproduced multiple times). May have to do with having the horse tag and gaining life over time, leading to death because of being undead. I'll upload one of the videos I recorded when I can.

Xbox one Long standing Survival world, Had a stable of collected skeleton horses. after installing latest update played game, found skeleton horses missing, then noticed the remaining horses just slowly lost health and died for no reason.
checked against an older saved game exactly same thing happens, skeleton horses just loose health and die for no reason.

its still happening. I had four skele horses die tonight. Heres a video of them dying :/
I just experienced this as well. I killed all 4 skeletons and rode the horses into a pen, then watched helplessly as all 4 horses died. I rode the last one til the end. It was dropping half a heart about every 30 seconds. There was no noise as the horses were losing health, and they did not drop anything upon death. This was the first time I've had them spawn in my survival world (that I've had for years) so I'm very sad I couldn't keep them. 😞 Windows 10.

This should be fixed in the 1.7.0 update - if you are still experiencing the issue please comment below.
