Shadows and Lighting Glitch

I had some fireworks being duplicated with a command block and was dispensing them into the sky on a flat world. I switched apps to a browser, came back and this happened...

It seems to affect how shadows and light coloring are generated, but I don't know much more. The first image shows the block lighting and coloring messed up, and the second one shows its effect on entity shadows (but not the player's).

This was also captured a bit after the glitch first occurred. For a few minutes, the game couldn't decide on any lighting and would flash lots of different colors and a few light levels.

The second image is a little subtle. It was hard to properly capture the shadow problem in effect. Zoom in and you'll see what I mean.

Could you provide a photo without shaders? It's much easier to see the issue without it since shaders makes lighting a lot brighter than normal.

I haven't used any shaders. This is the actual effect taking place. The second image does not have a shader, but that's pretty much all I can do. I assure you, there are no shaders and this happened as represented. The only effect is it being captured by another device's camera.
