I've been achievement-hunting lately, and just recently, after obtaining Frost Walker II, I tried to attempt the Let It Go! achievement by walking over a warm ocean. The game, unfortunately, did not say that I had obtained the aforementioned achievement.
The achievement specifically said that I must walk over a DEEP ocean with frost walked boots to get it. So I'm assuming that when Mojang updated Minecraft Bedrock Edition to Phase One of the Update Aquatic, they forgot to update the achievement as well. So since I'm pretty sure that the old Deep Ocean biome was removed from the game in 1.4, this makes the achievement practically impossible to get.
So fix it, so I can get my sweet, practically useless, 20G

Did you walk in a deep warm ocean or regular warm ocean? Those are diferrent biomes and may have affected the achievement requirements.

Was still an issue for me on PlayStation 4 1.18.31, using a world that worked for Xbox and iOS (which are on the same exact version I think) it would not unlock walking with the Frost Walker II boots over a deep ocean.
I idled there for some time as I looked online for anything else to try to get it to work and earning time towards "Passing the Time" trophy which is the only other one (and Platinum of course) I have left.
I randomly tried it again and for some reason it unlocked this time, no reason why as I did nothing different to before, was even still wearing the same Frost Walker II boots as earlier, this is after trying for hours and hours, in multiple worlds as LAN, Realm, Dedicated server, etc. with nothing working.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Obtain and equip Frost Walker II boots
2. Walk over a deep ocean
3. See the water below you turn frozen and you can walk around on top of the water
Observed Results:
"Let it Go!" trophy does not unlock
Expected Results:
"Let it Go!" trophy should unlock immediately and reliably, as it does on Xbox and iOS
We believe this bug is fixed in the latest Preview/beta version, and the fix will be included in a future update when that is ready for full release (no specific date can be given). We will leave this ticket open as a point of reference until the fix has been fully released.
