[MCPE-35344] Patch Notes

When viewing the patch notes through the "What's New" option in How to Play, the screen is empty.

This didn't occur before the latest update. Internet connection is present, updated properly, etc.

Not an issue after the 1.5.1 Hotfix, the patch notes have been replaced.
