[MCPE-35352] Update Aquatic crashing

Minecraft had just updated a while ago and I went to open the app but it wouldn't open. So basically at this point I can't use it.

The same with my tables Huawei MediaPad 3 8.4. Since release on 11 July 2018 the app does not start.

Please have a look.

The release was on July 10th. Note I believe it affects many Samsung Brand android phones.
