When the Aqua version was first released I had fish and dolphins in the sea. Then an update to the Aqua version came out 1.4.1 or something like that and I have never seen the smaller fishes in my world since however I do still have dolphins. I had reported this before via searching for this topic and tagging my issue on to another issue but their issue was Java based and not Windows and no-one has answered my comment on how to fix this in Windows 10, hence why I am creating a new issue. Is there something I need to do to rectify this. This problem has not resolved with the latest 1.5 version either so I would appreciate assistance. Thanks

Ah....yes I was set to Easy mode but had turned mob spawning off to still be able to eat and use up my food I forgot that turns off the peaceful ones as well as hostile entities. I was in Peaceful for a while but I wanted the health bar to go down so I could eat as mentioned above. So I thought I'd got the best of both worlds but I see I can't do that now if I want the peaceful mobs to spawn. I didn't want creative as I wanted to gather resources myself. I guess I can't just turn off the hostile mobs?
Ok, closing ticket. If you need any further help you might like to visit the Minecraft Discord.
Can you please confirm that you have mob spawning enabled in your world? Also, you might want to try switching to Peaceful mode, just to make sure the mob cap isn't being taken up by hostile mobs.
