[MCPE-35511] Settings button in pause menu very laggy

Steps to repro:

Pause the game
Press the settings button

Expected: The button should not lag much/at all.

Actual: The button is very laggy no matter what.

Does this happen in single player, or when joining another world or realm perhaps?

It happens in single and multi, the world isn’t laggy so I think it’s just the button, haven’t tested realms.
