City texture pack causing factory resets

I wanted to use the city texture pack, so I went to global resource settings and activated it. When I
tried to go back to the home screen everything froze up and then it randomly made my Kindle fire hd 10 do a factory reset. I had used another texture pack earlier the same day and nothing out of the ordinary happened, so that is why I think the city texture pack had something to do with it.
