Well I'm not sure if it's bug or bad luck but my nether on xbox 1 bedrock version there is nothing no nether wart blazes fortress i don't want to start a new world could you put in a reset for the nether

Just go find a new one. With infinite worlds, reset Nether/End is completely unnecessary.
