[MCPE-36288] Can't change skin

I have some custom skins saved in my photo library but I cannot change skin into any of them. My photos are saved in iCloud and I have lower quality images saved on my device to save space. When I try to change skin I get a message saying error downloading image from iCloud

Aren’t skins “low-quality” too? They are literally 18kb or lower in storage

Anyways, this is not a bug with Minecraft Bedrock you can report it to Apple instead. Resolve this.
