Multiplayer with this user kicks us both out, turns us invisible, and doesn't save.

       This is kinda long. My brother and I were going to play Minecraft on the switch when I got in, and I was automatically in bed. I waited for 2 minutes and it didn't automatically let me out like it usually does. I left the bed and it was morning, my brother joined the game and he also spawned in his bed. He gets a screen saying "Generating World", and then, "Done!" This is when it kicks us both out with an error screen saying, "This Software Has Been Closed Due To An Error". We tried again. Same beginning, I got out of the bed and punched both beds out, and put them in a chest. He spawns in, laying down, floating on the air where his bed was, and we meet the error screen kicking us out. We try again, it didn't save from before and so we both have our beds again. Same thing. We tried him using a different user. It worked fine, but it still doesn't save anything we do, and makes us appear invisible. We tried again with his user, it deletes his bed and the same thing. I even tried updating the versiorn of Minecraft to see if that was the problem. It says it was up to date. This has been happening since yesterday and it still doesn't work. Please fix this!
