The device I am using is an iPhone 8 Product (RED), but it wasn't an option. My problem is simple. Zombies won't drop carrots. I researched what are the chances of them dropping carrots and the official minecraft wiki said there was a 2.5% chance of them dropping one. I've been farming on a spawner for hours and they have dropped none. They have dropped more iron and shovels. I hope you can resolve this issue quickly.

And yes, I’ve killed more than 40 zombies. Ive been farming more and they dropped 3 potatoes, but no carrots. I need the carrots for potions
I have been able to get zombies to drop carrots in creative by using commands to spawn some, and then I kill them with a looting III sword in 1.6.0.30 (beta).

Without looting, chance to drop carrot is 0.8% (not 2.5%). Therefore - with 50 zombies killed - probability that no carrot will be dropped is at 66.9% (0.992^50). Even with 200 zombies killed there is a 20% probability that they will not drop a single carrot. You need to kill more zombies (use looting to improve the odds).

Cannot reproduce issue in 1.6.0.30 Beta, zombies drop carrots with and without looting.
Make sure only the vanilla behavior back is enabled on that world.
Chances for rare drops (as I interpret them from the vanilla loot tables) 2.5% + 1% for every level of looting, there are 3 rare drops, iron_ingot, potato, and carrot. So a carrot has 0.83% +0.33% for every level of looting, chance of dropping.
