[MCPE-36778] No Startup on Android 9 (PIE)

Since OS Update from Android 8 to 9, the app doesn't start up anymore.

I see just a black screen, and hear the typical "click-sound" if I'm tapping on the screen.

Additional Information: I have registred today for Beta Testing, and it seems 1.6.0.30 works fine also on Android 9

After downgrading from 1.6.0.30 to 1.5.3 it worked again.

I have the same problem, when starting with my Microsoft account error appears.
