Losing control of curser.

A streamer I watch keeps getting this issue, every time he plays Minecraft Bedrock Xbox one also a few minutes he loses control of his curser, in inventories and menus. He can not re gain acsess to the menus or his inventory without force quitting the game and when he does this the issue happens over and over again. He is sure that this is not an issue with his controler as it only happens on Minecraft bedrock.
