Phantoms don't attack

This is not the 1.7.0.2 beta this is on the aquatic update it wouldn't let me select the right version. Just saw that phantoms were in the gamegame .. Awesome!  But the don't attack I had 6 following me they just circled me till sunrise and when I pillered up to them they just went higher and don't make and sounds.

It must have updated when the game crashed while starting up I didn't see the change log
