"Ghost" entities with addons

The "minecraft:tick_world" entity component in behavior packs are bugged out. If you put this tag on an entity that follows the player(like wolf) then travel faraway so that the mob despawns. When the mob teleports to the player, nothing can interact with it. (For wolf, you can't make it sit or attack mobs) And commands cannot find the mob.

How to reproduce:

Add "Minecraft:tick_world" tag to wolf in a behavior pack. Tame wolf, then make it stand. Teleport faraway so that the chuncks with the wolf in it despawn. The wolf should then teleport to the player and cannot be interacted with.

Other notes:

in my behavior pack I changed iron golems to follow the player and have an inventory. When this glitch occurred, I could not access the iron golem's inventory, or damage it. The entity still keeps its hitbox. The only way to kill it is by fall damage, fire damage, or drowning.
