[MCPE-37302] Players unable to build or open anything in realms

The members of my realm cannot build, open doors or chests. I've tried removing and reinviting but nothing works. I've even uploaded a copy of the realm but this also does not work. Please advise

Download the realm, have all members join and cahnge their perms to member and the default level to member then reupload the world
