Following upgrade to 1.6.0, I can barely navigate in MineCraft. Turning is rare, everything including mobs and breaking is in slow motion. I cannot place blocks unless I exit the program, re-enter and then can place only 2 or 3 blocks. When I try to place a block I just get a circle on the screen.

We are having severe lag since updating to 1.6.0, making the game unplayable.
ipad 2 & 2 mini iPads running version 9.3.5.
No problems prior to upgrade.
Same problem here, 4th gen iPad with iOS 10.3.3.
It was working fine until the 1.6 update and now it's so laggy/jumpy that it's unplayable.
My Win10 laptop and Fire HD tablet have the 1.6 update and are not affected by this problem.

I have the exact same issue on the same platform/device.
However, it is not a problem in a much smaller world: 0.68 MB vs. 108.0 MB (although the latter wasn't a problem until the update)
Please fix soon++ it is practically unplayable.
