[MCPE-37408] Enderman don't drop enderpearls

I was in the end, after killing 30 enderman with a looting 3 sword and not singal pear drop I knew there was a problem. I went to my testing world and still no pearls was dropping.

I've been having the same issue. Using a looting III sword I've killed a dozen endermen without a single pearl dropping.

Also did some testing in creative. Killed hundreds with and without looting III with zero pearls dropping. Guess there will be no going to the end for a while in this new world.
