Humanoid model used on zombie-type mobs when they have an item in their offhand

The zombies and drowneds have humanoid model when they hold an item in their offhand.

In the world can be found naturally this bug when a drowned holding a nautilus shell.

And the drowned's arms Z-fighting in this position. Looks so weird.

with a command: /replaceitem entity @e [type = zombie] slot.weapon.offhand 1 totem

Here's a picture for more understanding:

Yeah, this definitely happens. It is kinda weird.

Confirmed, affects zombie pigmen as well.

I think that the humanoid model drowned with nautilus shells is intended but the Z-fighting itself is a bug

It has disparity with Java. The whole bug is started with the implementation of the drowned so before the zombie like mobs held the totem in their offhand normally in their arms like in Java edition. The drowned's arms are more dense in bedrock and this causes Z-fighting.

This is a Bedrock exclusive feature that is intended.
