Fright night skin pack

Moved to the correct project.

This is on the Xbox one, minecraft with the better together update, I bought the skin pack through the minecraft store. Fright night #13 but when I select any skin it puts my avatar back to steve, I’ve reported this to majong and to Xbox market place and no one has replied been easily two weeks now but have taken the money out my account .
Any advise is welcome please

1 week and still issue isn’t resolved still can’t use the skins I’ve purchased on the Xbox one mincecraft better together update.. very disappointed
