Moving in to a one block in height area after swimming causes warping and suffocation

The Update Aquatic has brought to Minecraft players—on Java Edition and Bedrock alike, a pleathera of great new features. Of the most notible of these is the complete swimming overhall, making the process much more fun, along with allowing the player to swim through one-block (in height) spaces while underwater. Because of this, many new processes have been possible, including "Dive Mining", which involves swimming into a one-block in height space of air to get into a sort-of crawling position (a video on it can be found here: https://youtu.be/J_uMLyD1Ye8. From here, the player can mine in a one-block in height space, whereas you would've used to have mined in atleast a two block space. This hightens speed and efficiancy when strip mining, something much needed, to say the least, to attract players to the aspect of the game that is one half of it's name instead of just searching underwater ruins all day because it's easier. At least, such is possible in Minecraft's Java Edition, as trying to do this on the Bedrock Edition will result in the player warping into the block above their head, regardless of block type, and suffocating(an example of this is attatched below). In the case where this is an intentional difference between the two versions, or the process in the Java Edition is considered a glitch, why? Crawling is a completely realistic process, and I see no reason why it shouldn't be possible for the player to accomplish, much less without warping into the block above them when they try.

I hope to see this fixed, as much as I hope you do too.

Thank you for your time,

Best regards,

-D.B.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8+, if I forgot to mention.

Encountering the same problem on Switch. When you 'crawl' to a block that has no water on it the game forces you into a standing position jamming your head into the block above.
