In the Halloween mashup, there is new music for all dimensions. However, the End's music in the bedrock version will not play at all. Because the music and sounds are the only part of the pack that is not encrypted I was able to look at the files and find that the music does exist but is name "hthe end.ogg". The file should be name "hthe_end.ogg" and update the music_definitions.json to reflect this

Halloween mashup had an update. This bug does not seem to be fixed on switch 1.7.0 or Android 1.8.0.11

This should have been fixed with the latest pack update - are you able to confirm that when travelling to the end dimension your music volume is set sufficiently?
If it is still not working correctly, have you tried clearing the template files from storage, and re-downloading them again?
It seems all files in the pack are now encrypted instead of just the textures folder. However, my prediction is that it is still trying to play "45 solitude.ogg" when in the end without the dragon, except that file doesn't exist
Closing the ticket as fixed as the music plays as expected when in the end. For further feedback or suggestions, please visit the Minecraft Feedback Site or choose a link below.

As of October 2nd 2019, music.game.end (the regular theme) plays no music, but music.game.endboss (the music that plays when the dragon is alive) plays the correct theme
Left = fixed, right = original.
