[MCPE-37591] graphics repeating themselves in the sky?

I couldn't find any open issues for this but...

this is like really bad, ive never seen anything like this in the game, but this makes it unplayable. Remember when programs stopped working and the windows would 'stack' as you dragged them along the screen? sorta what's happening here.

Does lowering the Anti-Aliasing setting change anything? As this is most likely a duplicate of MCPE-31585. You can find that setting in Settings -> Video -> Anti-Aliasing.
