[MCPE-37752] Worlds downloaded from realms suffer from lag as if there was a bad connection.

Blocks break without any effect only to all break at the same time a few seconds later. a majority of the time, blocks dont even update.

I don't believe that it is my computer hardware being slow/lackluster as I have an Intel Pentium G4560 + NVidia GTX 1050ti + 8GB ram.
