[MCPE-37777] Minecraft Windows 10 edition crashes at startup

Hello.

When I launch Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, the game shows the first screen and crashes to desktop. Nothing in the windows event logs.

I've tried launching without nvidia drivers (via intel integrated gpu), reseting store cache, uninstalling/reinstalling game with or without removing com.mojang directory, nothing works, game still crashes (see attached file).
