Unable to load world due to what seems like corrupt files.

When trying to load Minecraft world, it crashes. Goes back to the Xbox home screen. Have tried deleting the files in which it then crashes and returns to the main Xbox home screen. How do I delete all files and data of the game or what else can I do to make it work. I did purchase in game purchases of skin packages and a world package. Not sure that makes any difference or not. This is the Xbox one Minecraft version which game with the code for the games to be downloaded.
