Using moto z play Droid. Issue is exactly as summary says : no music, neither ambient nor from a jukebox. I have checked my in game music volume and master volume numerous times. Thanks

However, this issue has been closed as Cannot Reproduce.
We were unable to reproduce the problem you are describing in the latest version. As mentioned above, you will need to download the free music pack from the store.
