In full detail I was just playing around and I found this so I decided to make a bug report. Stand in the middle of a barrier block and fly up a bit and it will appear, I flew up higher so I could fit it in the picture. If you stack them for like five blocks you can just stand on it. And yes you have to stand in the middle. Thanks for understanding.
