after open the inventory don't work the first "hit"

#Note This works on Survival (Creative gamemode works fine). I tried with axe (click button 2) to a log block and works well.

How to Produce it:

1. Open the inventory

2. Close the inventory

3. click Left-Click or Right-Click

Expected result:

start to break a block or place a block.

Actual Result:

Don´t work anything, you need to click again.
