[MCPE-38395] /particle command doesn't work in command blocks on console

When doing /particle in chat it is effective but on xbox in command blocks it does'nt work. Plz plz plz fix this.

i have the same issue but on windows 10. i think the /particle command is non existent in 1.7.0 as well. i have read somewhere that it got removed ... but why?
